Cambr Solutions, LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of NBH Bank, which is owned by National Bank Holdings Corporation (NYSE: NBHC). Cambr is NOT a Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”)-insured depository, bank or credit union and the solutions provided by Cambr wholesale funding are NOT, themselves, FDIC-insured products. Rather under Cambr’s programs, funds are swept or placed into deposit accounts at receiving institutions that are FDIC-insured, subject to program limits, and insured on a pass-through basis. Certain conditions must be satisfied for FDIC insurance coverage to apply to deposits held through an agent. FDIC deposit insurance only covers the failure of insured institutions. All of our services are provided subject to the terms and conditions of written agreements entered into between us and our client with respect to those programs, and we provide no representations or warranties, express or implied, expressly set forth in those agreements.
